Unlock your mind and energy.

Dance is the most basic form of communication. It is an expression that a whole bunch of words could never explain. Dance expresses people, culture and place.

Caz started dancing simply by "feeling" the music, then letting her hair down at a club on a saturday night to have fun. Now it has become one of Caz' favourite and most relaxing hobbies (especially when wearing a leopard suit!).

Why dance?

  • it's an amazing physical and mental release
  • it's a social confidence booster
  • you'll be able to bust out awesome moves on the dance floor
  • you can sneakily be social without needing to talk ALL the time!
  • you'll find yourself getting fit and toned without even trying!
  • it's a good social hobby that replaces/reduces smoking or drinking alcohol
  • it's really easy to to make new friends (or even better) to attract that special someone!

Where to Dance?

Anywhere! Be it on a stage, in the office or on the street... a few fun gigs:

First EVER experience jumping up on stage at Roskilde Festival, Denmark 2006! Props to performing artist Ed Motta who wittily transformed it into an impromptu party - to the disapproval of the security guards! - Read more here.
